Tay + Dyl welcome baby Jett | Bendigo Maternity + Newborn Session

It has been so amazing watching Tay & Dyl become parents. I’ve been lucky enough to document their maternity session & their in-home newborn session when baby Jett arrived. You have become my friends, and I am so grateful and excited for you!

MT. MACEDON MATERNITY SESSION

The Maternity Session

One thing that I adore about maternity photos is that they allow us girls to chat about the transformation our bodies go through–and how we have to get hella comfortable with ourselves. It’s such a unique thing and sharing those moments with others who are expecting is something I don’t take for granted!

The day didn't provide that “perfect” Bendigo sunset, but that didn’t stop these two from sharing the moment of maternity. Being up on Mt. Macedon meant we had the woodsy forest and views to use at our pleasure–and you just know we did.

It was also more private so Tay and I were able to get a bit more intimate with her maternity session, which I always try to do if you’re comfortable with it. It’s beautiful in so many different ways to celebrate a soon-to-be mother's body!

The Newborn Session

We started with a Mt. Macedon maternity session but ended with newborn photos of Jett nestled in Tay and Dyl’s bedroom. Little Jett Harper Mason was 7.7lb and 51cm of cuteness when born, and shared a little bit of all emotions when we were in their home!

His little feet, little cries, and open eyes were all on display for us at their newborn session.

I’m so excited for these two as parents and can’t wait to see their family grow together. Congrats again guys!
